STALLION SERVICES
Perry Quarter Horses stallions were carefully selected and purchased as pre-started youngsters so Jason could do all of their training. All 3 are 6 panel N/N, have very trainable and good minds, always been healthy and sound, and have nice performance resumes with earnings in NRCHA, AQHA, among other organizations.
In addition to their show pen success, they also work for a living on our cattle ranch and in the branding pen. They had to excel in all areas to earn the right to breed our personal mares and we are proud to offer them to you in 2025.
Both Cats Royal Boon & Bob Hes Quick have progeny from coast to coast showing successfully in Reined Cow Horse, Versatility Ranch Horse, Stock Horse, Team Roping, Mounted Shooting, Extreme Cowboy Races, Ranch Riding, Barrels, and much more. Spook N Boon’s 1st foal crop was born Spring 2024 and look the part.
Each stallion’s personal page has his stats, test results, descriptions and loads of photos. We are also happy to answer any questions and help you select the right Perry Quarter Horses stallion for your mare.

Please note: We have just barely dipped our toes into offering these stallions to the public. 2024 was the 1st year. But, we do have a 40 year history as AQHA breeders and Jason has been a well respected colt starter and performance horse trainer in many events for over 35 years.
Prior to last year, these 3 stallions were only bred our band of about 12 personal mares. So when you look at our stallions’ earnings, foal crop sizes, and progeny earnings, understand this is a very small operation. It is just 2 people. It is just us raising horses, training them ourselves, showing them ourselves, selling started prospects, etc. There are no wealthy business partners or financial backers. It’s just us, running this horse program, and also working the cattle ranch full time - trying to keep everything together so it survives to the next generation.
That said, a program like ours does offers mare owners and prospect buyers a lot of benefits. You will not find stallion owners or prospect breeders/trainers that know more or believe in their horses more than Jason and I. We are boots in the dirt, bums in the saddle with these horses every single day and we wouldn’t do it if it wasn’t worth it.

We don’t just breed horses, we build dreams….
As a 40-year breeding program, we aren’t new to what makes a truly enjoyable performance horse. They need to have certain qualities and attributes starting with trainable minds and high level talent. Correct conformation, great bone and feet, pretty reining maneuvers and a strong drive to work cattle are all important. This was a baseline we created for ourselves as breeders and we work hard each year to make them even better.
We have an interesting mix of broodmares in our personal herd. Many are retired show horses with NRCHA/AQHA earnings, others were born and raised here with bloodlines going back to Doc O’ Lena, Ranch Colonel, Sky High Leo, and Flying X Six.
We carefully match each mare to one of our 3 stallions with the goal of each resulting foal to be better than their individual parents. It sure has made some really great horses as you can see.
Everything we breed is AQHA Ranching Heritage Challenge eligible, born, raised, and trained in our program. We take great pride in selling great horses to great people!
