All attendees need to fill out the above form and please submit a $200 *non-refundable deposit by Paypal Friends and Family to cjgarland@hotmail.com or mailing it to Perry Quarter Horses, PO Box 265, Leoti, KS, 67861
Receipt of deposit is the only way to confirm your spot!
This 3 day workshop is $625 per person. Limited to 6 participants.
2 homemade meals a day are included, please let us know if you have any food allergies, we will try to accommodate if possible.
Accommodations:
Rustic yet comfortable 4 bedroom ranch guest house with a full kitchen. There will be room in the fridge for any snacks you wish to bring, there are sure to be leftovers from the meals too. Rooms will sleep 2 people, shared bathroom.
A group work station will be set up in the living room for editing sessions.
We will put out a full itinerary and list of things to bring well in advance of the workshop. Make sure we have your correct email on the form for communication.

*Clinic deposits and waiting list policy.
To reserve a workshop spot the $200 deposit is required. When it is full, we will offer a waiting list reserved with a deposit (100% refunded if you don’t get offered a clinic spot). If a participant can not attend, we will try to fill their spot off the waiting list. If this happens 30 days or more prior to the workshop, the deposit will be returned once the spot is filled. Within 30 days, the deposit will be retained. Waiting list reservations are $50, if you are never offered a workshop spot, 100% will be returned. If you are offered a clinic spot and can’t join us, the $50 reservation deposit is forfeit. All deposits count toward workshop amount.
Remaining workshop balance is due on or before arrival. If further accommodations are needed (extra night etc.) please let CJ know. They are available for minimal charge.
A Little About The Ranch
Perry Quarter Horses is located on our 3rd & 4th generation private cattle ranch in SW KS. We also have an AQHA breeding program as you can see from the rest of the website. During the workshop, we will be all over the 6500 acres to photograph a large variety of subjects like calves, foals, a Reining clinic, different horse drawn and farm antiques. We are also going to set up a sunset/horizon shoot and a portrait session. As time allows we have plenty of other horse and person models as well. It is sure to be a fun filled workshop with a lot of experience gained. Laura is one of the nicest people I know. She is a wealth of knowledge and just a blast to be around. Bring charged batteries and empty memory cards.
